Self-raising (Self-rising) flour
Self-raising or Self Rising flour is a white flour with a raising agent mixed in. The raising agent added is generally baking powder, but is not unusual to find also use bicarbonate of soda or other agents.
Self-raising flour is not suitable for traditional italian pizza.
No chemical raising agents should be used in traditional pizza, just yeast (saccaromyces cerevisiae – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saccharomyces_cerevisiae) or Sourdough
